Tirthesh M. Bagadiya
Partner of the Firm with post qualification experience of more than 12 years. Specialises in International Tax, Transfer Pricing & FEMA Advisory Advises on complex Inbound & Outbound Transactions, Cross Boarder and Domestic Mergers, Corporate Restructuring. Advises on withholding taxes for payments to non-residents outside India under DTAA’s read with the newly introduced MLI.
